Job Description:
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Implement performance review procedures
- Strategize on hiring plan and process
- Monitor and follow-up interview progress
- Coordinate with different parties to ensure all the projects are well implemented
- Responsible for documentation, data entry, and support daily operations
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder in any discipline
- Great interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Willing to learn, able to overcome different challenges and think out-of-the-box
- Demonstrate leadership abilities will be a plus
- Team player, creative and desired to develop as a Recruiter / Headhunter
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (handling both English and Mandarin speaking clients)
