System Engineer / Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support including network connectivity and system maintenance
  • Prioritize and schedule issues. Execute problem diagnostic by using advance troubleshooting skills
  • Contribute IT infrastructure support - Perform installation, configuration, and upgrade of hardware & computer applications
  • Analyze, trouble shoot and provide solution for OS system and network problems;
  • Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help users



Requirements:

  • High Diploma in Information and Network Security or related discipline
  • Hands-on experience in all-rounded technical skills on desktop support and, ideally on server administration and software and back-end administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude
  • Highly motivated individual who takes full ownership of responsibilities and is a dependable teammate
