Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support including network connectivity, system maintenance
- Prioritize and schedule problems.
- Execute problem diagnostic by using advance troubleshooting skills
- Contribute IT infrastructure support
- Perform installation, configuration, and upgrade of hardware & computer applications
- Analyze, trouble shoot and provide solution for OS system and network problems;
- Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help users
Requirements:
- High Diploma in Information and Network Security or related discipline
- Hands-on experience in all-rounded technical skills on desktop support
- Experience in server administration and software and back-end administration
- Good verbal and written communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude
