Job Description: 

  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques 
  • Implement performance review procedures 
  • Strategize on hiring plan and process 
  • Monitor and follow-up interview progress 
  • Coordinate with different parties to ensure all the projects are well implemented 
  • Responsible for documentation, data entry, and support daily operations

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor Degree holder in any discipline 
  • Great interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills 
  • Willing to learn, able to overcome different challenges and think out-of-the-box 
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities will be a plus 
  • Team player, creative and desired to develop as a Recruiter / Headhunter 
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (handling both English and Mandarin speaking clients)
