Your new role:
- Prepare data for forecast, budgeting and planning process and analytics
- Maintain SFDC data hygiene and operations, including regular user reminders, task progress tracking, reports and dashboards
- Act as first level enquiry contact point for AMS Sales team and cross-functional team colleagues. Communicate SFDC related knowledge and provide trouble-shooting supports
- Prepare SFDC reports and dashboards for different teams of users
- Gather and document user requirements of new SFDC booking system design
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks when assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required preferably in business or technical subjects, with 2 or more years of relevant work experiences
- Computer skills including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint are essential
- Knowledge in G-suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Drive etc) is preferable
- Previous working experiences in SFDC or other CRM systems/ SFDC certifications is a big plus but not mandatory.
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
