Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design/Architect automated test framework and approach for various applications
- Lead a team of automation engineers to develop and implement automation solutions
- Lead test planning & strategy optimization across one or more programs to enable efficient delivery with highest quality
- Assign duties and ensure the team is using industry-accepted best practices
- Analyse, design, and document automated testing solutions across the entire platforms
- Provide automation development guidance to other test developers
- Design automation test reports
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant equivalent
- Solid experience & knowledge in Insurance industry
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in test automation design & development
- Minimum 5 years team management experience with solid experience running full end-to-end project in Agile concepts
- Experience with Life Insurance products
- Tools knowledge/skills: Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework, Java, Python, TestNG, Strong Xpath, concepts, Cucumber (BDD)
- Hands-on experience in scripting/execution over Perfecto devices and Oracle form .knowledge on GIT
- Knowledge in JIRA
- Experience in continuous integration using Jenkins
- Able to work closely with different parties and manage a small to mid-size team
- Good communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
