Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales administration support to sales team
  • Prepare sales-related documents such as product information, quotation and agreements
  • Prepare marketing report to sales team
  • Coordinate internal and external sales activities such as events, exhibitions, etc.
  • Assist in expanding the business relationship with key business partners


Requirements:

  • High Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration, IT or related disciplines
  • Good knowledge in MS office and G-suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, hardworking, well-organized, responsible
