Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales administration support to sales team
- Prepare sales-related documents such as product information, quotation and agreements
- Prepare marketing report to sales team
- Coordinate internal and external sales activities such as events, exhibitions, etc.
- Assist in expanding the business relationship with key business partners
Requirements:
- High Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration, IT or related disciplines
- Good knowledge in MS office and G-suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, outgoing, hardworking, well-organized, responsible
